Today we bid au revoir to Ian and Linda (and James in spirit!)
They have been an integral part of St Bartholomew’s for many years having been married there, James being baptized there and Ian serving as our LLM; Linda too has been a member of the PCC and led initiatives such as CAP. In that time Ian has introduced our Christingle services, led youth groups and so much more.
We were so pleased to hold a collection and present them today with
- A canvas photo of the congregation
- a pair of fritillary mugs
- a hamper of cheese, biscuits, chutneys and other goodies
- a camembert baker
- a cheese knife
